  Their after hour service is horrible. First, it is not clearly stated that the garage closes at 11pm. Secondly, I called the after hour rep at 1:31, she claimed that she called the on call person at that time. My friend called at 2 and she said she was going to call . Finally , after many other friend called at 230 she said she just spoke to him and he is 45 minutes out. She never spoke to him the first time I called apparently. We were waiting outside in the cold for almost 2 hours. Better signage and on call staff/service is needed.

  Nicest parking garage I’ve ever been in. It was clean, well lit, and my family felt safe as there was staff on every level. Staff was nice and helpful in assisting us get out of the garage to attend the Capitals game. Has a nice elevator and when you get out you’re right across the street from Capital One Arena, so it was very convenient parking. This was our first time in D.C. and attending the Capitals game. Highly recommend this parking garage if attending an event at Capital One Arena.

  Parked here for holiday market. Cost was $20. I am writing this review because there was not enough room for me to drive out safely from the garage so I scuffed my rims. I told the parking attendant there and he smiled with a laugh. Very ignorant. Please better manage cats trying to come out the garage so they can safely have enough room. Thank you

  Possibly the worst parking garage in the dmv. Don’t ever purchase parking passes from Ticketmaster to park here.
