To explain in detail I reserved the parking with LAZ through spotHERO which was a 15min walk from my destination & the most reasonable in regards to price the next available/reasonable location was double the price & a 10min walk. On the night of my reservation there’s a Capitals game being played & the police had every accessible street to access the parking garage blocked off. I didn’t realize this till I circled the block in hopes of an opening. Along with speaking to an officer with the intent on being given access due to my reservation. Yet that was just my hopes. So for 45mins I waited for the commanding officer to give the all clear. Immediately I proceeded to the garage & I was confused initially because there are vehicles exiting the garage yet I don’t realize their exiting out of both lanes the entry & the exit lanes. At this point I find some where to park so I can investigate further. What I find is the employees including the manager whom I speak with are utilizing the entry lane to let customers out neglecting that fact that the entry point should be accessible at all times & if not at least accommodate the customer who has a reservation the ability to park even if it interrupts your current operation. Yet the Manager tells me it’s business…what a unprofessional, inconsiderate & thoughtless response. It’s business as I responded “BAD business.” May this help others avoid the frustration of parking here especially on game nights at Capital One arena.

We were here today, a little hard to figure out with the prepaid parking, but the gentleman who was working at the gate was very helpful and friendly, just a kind human being!

Absolute garbage place. They close when your car is there and you paid for extended stay, the hours aren't written anywhere easily seen. . The amount of people stuck just that one night was ridiculous.
