  Great garage, great parking staff but management is terrible. I have been asking for months for a monthly parking rate. I have been told over and over again, for multiple reasons, of why I need to wait longer each time, and ignoring my emails. It took a while to get a response from management period. When I finally did, I was talking through the staff until I realized we were getting no where and the man was going to continue giving her the run around. Finally getting in touch with him myself two months ago, I was told I needed to wait due to a contract with construction workers, but they would help after that. Sevea weeks ago, I was told to "give him 2 weeks and he's got me, don't worry" and now suddenly there's nothing he can do and wants to send me elsewhere. I park in this garage daily - theres no reason they cannot change me to monthly parking other than monetary gain ($18/day vs monthly rate and early entry). It is the closest parking to my job which makes it very convenient to park here but the lack of good management makes the garage terrible despite location, spaciousness/capacity to take larger vehicles, and convenience. Not to mention when the garage accidentally charged me over $700 for the day for parking, which took some time to fix. Incredibly frustrated in the lack of responsiveness, false information/lies and unwillingness to help.
