  AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This is probably the worst experience I have encountered in my life! I booked a car online 4 months early to make sure I get the size car I needed. I get a call from this location 3 days earlier from pick up and was asked “ if I am willing to get a smaller car “ to which I denied and asked if I needed to go elsewhere please let me know asap so I don’t waste money on uber to go there for nothing and that I am willing to pick up the correct size car from anywhere needed !! The person said “we ll call you back if need so.” I show up on my day of pick up. No car available! SAME (confirmed) person from call ..sitting in a totally empty office alone …says “ I m sorry and yes I know I told you I would call you if we don’t have it but ..I m sorry” . And here is the START of the DECEIT AND BLATANT LIES !! “Let me check other locations….there is one at the airport !” I said please hold it for me and I ll take another Uber to there. I asked to be compensated for the Ubers as I had asked to get a call if no car..(as said on top) . She said she can’t pay for uber but will discount my total from $440 to $340! (Acted like she was clicking the keyboard) and off I go to airport (at 55$ second on uber already…) . I get to airport and … No car available! They tell that “THERE IS NO WAY THE PERSON AT GEORGIA AVE CAN EVEN SEE OUR INVENTORY!! Or hold a car” as they are not in same system !! Now I m stranded in airport…no car available..down 55$ in Ubers ….and I call this location and of course no answer!! Non stop all day calls and no answer!! ( which makes sense why as I was leaving this damn location two gentlemen were walking in and asking her “why is no one answering calls”? And she is sitting there ALONE WITH ZERO COSTUMERS ignoring the phone) so I call other locations to find a car as airport can’t help me per the “separate system” and this original location is not responding. ..all other locations answered calls and we’re EXCELLENT In trying to help …finally found a car all the way out in Fairfax which added another 57$ in uber !!! So here I am thinking at least I got the -100$ discount to make up for the Ubers ….but guess what??? NO DISCOUNT showing in the system when at Fairfax, and they explained that the system has notes that can be tracked if the rep at this FRAUD location was honest !!! Called corporate to AT LEAST get my Ubers paid …separate from the frustration during a holiday season this crap location gave me … I was promised a call from the local area manager/owner …it’s been over a week and two calls to corporate and no call back or honoring the discount offered!! Shame ! Shame ! Shame! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !! Shame on you Enterprise for not taking action with them finally after so many bad reviews ! UPDATE: I followed the link provided “to hear more” …..was just send to same chat that I have requested follow up twice already ! They can’t help me but only “I should expect follow up” ….. week 3 now !! NO REPLY!!! So be aware ! No they don’t “take care of issues” as they are trying to show here by replying ! Shame ….

  Horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to today was rude and unprofessional. Yall should really be reviewing the phone calls your employees have to see just how unprofessional your staff is. If it was for the insurance company using this location and having everything already set up I would have canceled and changed the reservation to a more respectable rental car agency.

  Despite seeing several negative reviews about the Georgie Ave Enterprise location, I had a flawless experience there on Dec 18, 2025, and would go back again/recommend to others! Both representatives there were super kind and helpful, and I checked in online ahead of time so everything was ready to when I came to pick up the car. The location is easy to find and a bonus that there’s a gas station right next door for any last-minute fill-ups. Thanks for making my trip nice and easy, Enterprise!
