They move quickly and are always helpful. This seems like a boring job so I don't know how they stay so cheerful. I see others complaining about the small inventory but I don't know what they expect, this is a small neighborhood branch, not an airport. They've always given me a perfectly decent, clean car and upgraded me for free if what I reserved isn't present. I'm very glad they are in the neighborhood!

I called the location on October 27, 2025, to request a simple drop-off service since my personal vehicle is still in the shop. The Rockville, MD branch had advised me to contact a D.C. location for this, but when I called, the agent (who identified himself as “Victor”) said they don’t offer the service — calling it a “preference” rather than a policy — and then hung up when I asked for clarification. When I called back, another employee, “Winston,” also ended the call abruptly when I asked to speak with a supervisor. My third attempt resulted in another refusal from Victor to provide his full name or assist further. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A simple explanation or alternative option would have gone a long way. Thankfully, when I later contacted Enterprise’s national customer service line, the representative there handled the situation with care and professionalism. I hope management addresses the conduct at this specific branch — because this experience does not reflect the customer service standards Enterprise is known for.
