  Had a car reserved 2 months in advance and were told on the day (christmas eve) that they had no cars. Kept us there for 4 hours promising there would be cars but none arrived. There was about 8 of us as well, nobody got a car. Told us lies about how they expected 35 to return overnight and even told 1 guy he was first in line just to then tell him there are 2 people in front of him 2 hours later! We had to get a Lyft to Charlottesville in the end and hope to get a rental car there. Could have all been handled much better! Perhaps call people before to let them know.

  Partner reserved a car for Christmas Eve. They informed him day of that their management massively overbooked themselves and there were no cars left for us, upending holiday plans for multiple families.

  I had a great experience at Enterprise Union Station. I worked with them when my auto insurer provided me with a short-term rental while my vehicle was being repaired after a collision, and they made the process not only easy but even pleasant, really going above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This included helping me navigate how to deal with a parking ticket I'd received in a rental (I had no idea!) I worked with two members of the team, one when picking up and a different one when dropping off, and I wish I could praise them by name because their customer service was excellent. The only drawback was how difficult the location is to navigate to, whether driving or on foot, due to poor signage among other factors - but that is the fault of Union Station, not Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT HAVE A CAR FOR YOU. My wife and I showed up with a reservation on the morning of Black Friday. They claimed that several of their customers had failed to return cars on time, and as a result they were out of vehicles. Apparently they had a wait-list of about ten people (!) who had booked a car and had been left stranded. I spent half an hour trying to get hold of the Enterprise customer service, and in the end all I got was a promise that a "regional manager" would call me to "make it right". Which never happened. Reading online, I have found that several people have had the same experience with this location. Long story short, in busy periods they heavily overbook their cars, and then they tell customers some bullshit when they're unable to honor reservations. Luckily, we were able to get another car for the same day at Dulles airport from a competing company (Budget). This saved our vacation, but the whole thing cost us two hours in wasted time and an extra Uber ride. I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go pick up a car somewhere else.

  I wanted to take a moment to share the excellent service I received from the Enterprise team at Union Station. The week prior, I experienced an issue with picking up my rental, so I rescheduled my reservation for the following week at the same location. When I arrived, Stephanie greeted me with an apology for the mix-up—and I was genuinely surprised that she remembered me from the week before. I was then welcomed by David, who met me with a warm smile and assured me that he had a car ready and waiting for my arrival. To my surprise, it was exactly what I needed for my out-of-town trip. During my rental period, I ran into a small issue, which I explained to the manager, Jose. He immediately took care of everything as soon as I returned the car. The level of care, friendliness, and hospitality I received from this team was truly above and beyond. Thank you again, David, Stephanie, and Jose!
