Our reservation was cancelled due to the government shutdown and flight cancellations but I missed the phone call so we showed up and were told they didn’t know if they had a car for us (they had called and left a voicemail I just missed both). Jose was so kind and on top of his job. He explained that after the lunch rush they should get a few cars back and if we hang around we’ll be first on the list for one of those. We ended up having our choice of cars within 45 minutes and Jose made us feel all would be okay.

We didn't have a reservation due to our reserved vehicle was not avail at another car rental agency. We decided to see if Enterprise had a vehicle for 7 passengers. Breanna Swindon was especially helpful arranging a 7+ passenger vehicle for our group. She quickly had a recent returned van cleaned so we could use it and explained how to use the features in the van. Very grateful that Enterprise was able to take care of us.
