I typically book with Avis and receive first class service and this was very sub par. High deposits with slow refund, this location makes you drive into a garage to return the vehicle with no staff below to receive of check in, staff remembers did not want to immediately review the vehicle to administer a receipt upon return, I waited 20 minutes to be checked in and never did they print the receipt, the staff member checking me in was rude and the staff member checking out was rude, I got threatened with extra charges! they initially wouldn’t accept my physical ID because of a crack so I had to BUY an ID online and he used the digital copy which was absurd. Then while I had the vehicle the tire pressure light came on. And because of the experience I had I just paid $5 for a tire shop to put air in instead of dealing with Enterprise. If I ever use enterprise again it won’t be the 4th street location.

Tyreek and his team went above and beyond during my drop-off — they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with a smile. Their positive attitude made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate their customer service and look forward to working with this specific office again in the future.
