It's normally not a fun time when you walk into an auto shop, especially during a holiday week, but those two are mission focused, and there to help extremely efficiently. I was barely through the door and Shawn called me over to assit. With Erin working the computer, we were able to find the correct parts and check me out in record time. Shopping for car parts can be very frustrating but she always makes it convenient and I learned something new everytime I have a conversation with her. She always and I mean ALWAYS have a positive attitude and she never makes me feel like I am on the way or a burden to her job. Please make her trainer or manager for her and other locations she sets the bar really high!
