  We were on vacation trying to leave DC to head home. We had a dead battery and got it jumped at the hotel and headed straight to this Auto Zone store. Daryl was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and replace the battery. All the other staff members were friendly and welcoming but it was Daryl that saved the day. Thank you!!!

  Aye! Shout out the mobile mechanic couple, they gave us a lift back to our car and helped us out. It was one of the highlights to our trip which turned into to us getting stranded. They went beyond for us, they deserve so much more! Thank you again, Coco.

  This autozone is good for convenience via its location but when I usually go here some here employees have attitude problems, it’s best to know exactly what you need there are better auto parts in the area

  I went and bought a battery and put down the deposit to recycle my old battery. A few days later I came in with my receipt and items I wanted to return. The lady with bright red hair helped me and instead of concentrating on the return I was doing; she seemed more concerned about a random shopping 🛒 that I found on the sidewalk then she was about doing my return. I used the random shopping cart to help me get the battery into the store as I am a lady in her 50s. I just thought she could of asked me how I was doing today or something positive and polite. Like how are you today, or at the bare minimum a hello. Instead she chose to give me a inquisition on how I found a shopping 🛒. No greeting. So not sure about the training of staff but something needs to be improved as to a basic greeting of customers that shop and do returns in that location.
