  Thanks to Eric Henry the store manger I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone he is an outstanding employee. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in unsure about exactly what I needed, but they took the time to ask the right questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I left with the correct parts. What really stood out was their professionalism and patience—they didn’t rush me or make me feel out of place, They went above and beyond by offering helpful tips and making sure I understood how to use the product properly. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it made a stressful situation much easier. AutoZone is lucky to have someone so dedicated on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience

  Man listen!!!!! Antione gave me some of THEEE best customer service I’ve ever experienced from our initial encounter until I parted ways from the shop. His help with my vehicles and recommendations were so good. He was so nice and his attention to detail was so sufficient. He also did not lie or try to finesse me (sometimes women are taken advantage of with regards to cars) Aslong as he works here I will keep coming back for my auto needs!!! I must add that the entire team was genuinely so sweet down to the security office on duty. Thank you so much to Antione and the team! I genuinely appreciate the help!

  I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location, and I want to specifically recognize Eric for his outstanding customer service. I came in with an issue on my vehicle and Eric went above and beyond by not only recommending the right products, but actually coming outside and helping me take care of it on the spot. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me solve the problem instead of just selling me something. His help made a real difference for me, and I’m very grateful. If you’re looking for a place where people truly care and go the extra mile, I highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Eric!
