  Enterprise was very easy to deal with. Customer service was friendly and always there for you. The car was kept in good condition. No problems! Renting & returning was painless.

  While in DC my vehicle was stolen so I had to get a rental vehicle to get back home. My insurance company contacted Enterprise. The agent with Enterprise immediately called me to tell my she had my rental car ready. Once I got to the rental counter, they brought the car out and I initialed a couple of items, then I was out the door with the rental car. That’s is the easiest process I have ever experienced when picking up a rental vehicle. During the rental period the agent even called me to check how things were going and to let me know the insurance company had approved an extension on the rental period if I needed. Although I didn’t need the extension, I really appreciated her letting me know that I could keep it longer if I needed to. Even when I turned the car in to my hometown once I got home, the agent was courteous and professional and again the whole process took about 2 minutes. I highly recommend using this company.   My family and I love renting vehicles from Enterprise, there is never any problema or hassle. The staff is always professional and helpful. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
