  One of the worst places I've been , I got to a appointment on a Saturday at 7:30 am and didn't have my car looked at for over 2 hours and then was told the had to drive to the Bronx for my brakes. Told me my car was going or be done by the end of the day and the was told they only put the back brakes on. Com to find out the next day they had to go back to the Bronx for front brakes and didn't call to inform me. I show up 10 minuets before closing and no one is working on it and I'm told that the guy never showed up. They never called me. One of the clown mechanics was trying to eyeball me because I've made a big deal about their lack of communication and proper service. Avoid at all costs

  Very helpful, stopped everything to look at my muffler because we thought it was a quick fix. It ended up not being a quick fix. They continued working on it until it was fixed. Very grateful for their help.

  Great customer service, made me feel right at home. Really appreciate how John was concerned for my safety on the road and went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was solved, and made sure everything was working properly before I left the shop. I wanna thank John and his staff for really taking the time and effort to help me and not trying to empty out my pockets…… im definitely going back!!!!!!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Awful. Brought car in at beginning of day, was promised it to be done "well before 5," and it took until 6. As I drive away and hear a rattling under my car, pull over and request help. A mechanic drove out, found a power tool that HE LEFT IN MY CAR and laughed. After this, he took my wheel off to check if it damaged anything, at which point my car fell off the scissor-jack and smashed onto the ground. He assured me it wasn't a problem. It was UNREAL how awful this place was.
