  AMAZING WARM AND FRIENDLY STAFF!!! I googled for a good repair shop and Monro came up. I had a last minute repair literally while driving car was smoking i called Monro and they took me as soon as I could get there. They fixed my issue the service was fast Professionals and friendly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this specific shop in Amity. The staff is very knowledgeable efficient and there's really no long waiting line for your vehicle to be diagnosed for free as a courtesy to their customers.

  Shoddy work keeping your car for days to just fix easy things.. no communication no updates. Quoted me over 2k for a brake job which I told them absolutely not.. got it down to a price I could actually afford then had to return the car 2 weeks later because one of the rotors and pads were messed up .. then that whole situation took over 48 hours to fix with no communication .. then out of no where I needed a new brake line( why wasn’t this fixed 2 weeks ago) I had to go down there in person to make sure they were actually working on my car. Where on earth does it take 12 hrs to replace one brake line? I told them under no circumstances does my car stay with you guys ..and don’t you know they needed it over night and it messed up my work and plans for the weekend.. no one could give me any definitive answers on anything .. would not recommend to my worst enemy! Way better cheaper and helpful places out there! Beware!

  Been coming here for the last few years for service. The guys are always very accommodating and the boss John is attentive to give his best estimates on when the job will be done. He’s been great and the rest of the guys I’ve seen there have always been professional in their explanations of the work recommended

  I wish I could give it 10 stars! John and his team are absolutely amazing. They’re courteous well spoken and so full of knowledge and information that they easily convey to the customers. This is our second time there and I truly am so glad that we found that location! Keep up the good work guys. We really appreciate it.
