  I had an amazing experience with this shop! I had an emergency where one of my tires had sidewall damage and ended up going flat. They were able to assist me that same day as I live 45 minutes away. I was kept updated from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this shop for your tire needs! Thank you guys!!

  Brought my older model Volkswagen in for some suspension work. The job turned out to be a lot more complicated than I thought, and sourcing the parts was a bit tricky. But John and his team took great care of the car, kept me regularly updated throughout, and were very courteous, professional, and responsive. Most importantly, the car is now driving much better. Very impressed with the service, would highly recommend.

  Impossible to find good work craftsmanship and pride nowadays. Had an appointment to get an allignment on my f150. ( one of the easiest allignments you can do all you need is 2 wrenches for the tie rods a monkey can do it) appointment was for 12, my truck didnt get on the rack till 1pm. 3 techs working but they were all chit chatting in the office the whole time. The whole point of making a appointment is because the customer doesnt have a ride and is going to wait for their vehicle to be ready. They had people coming in after me and leaving before me. Even though i had an appointment. Seems they are taking to much work over their heads as they spent more time on the phone telling customers why their cars are late instead of working. Not to mention it smells like dirty ashtray water inside. So after about 3 hours of waiting, for my allignment that was only supposed to take an hour. I got in my truck and realized the steering wheel was twice as bad as it was when i came in! I was so over it at that point that i was not coming back. I called and asked for a refund, they said they will call me back in 30 minutes and see what they can do. This never happend. So here am i writing this review. Do not go here, or any chain auto place like this, they are the mcdonalds of automotive shops. Find a nice mom and pop shop instead. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if i dont get refunded within a week.

  Experienced a significant tire damage on my Jeep Wrangler while passing through on my way from Maine to Houston. Mid Saturday afternoon, but luckily the tire held enough air pressure to enable me to drive to your facility. A very fortunate event, as it turned out. The manager, and all the center personnel, were very helpful and friendly, and spent a good deal of time making sure I had the proper tire to enable me to continue on my trip. Excellent service, great customer care, some of the best I have experienced anywhere.
