  Huge help in a pinch! I had a tire puncture while in Winstead. Knew it just needed a plug but figured the afternoon was gone if I had to walk in somewhere and wait. Told the front desk guy what was up and he talked to his tech who was about to finish his shift. Tech offered to stay a little extra, got me out in less than a half hour. Greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  Manager was rude and never said hello. The mechanic came out and helped me. I had gone in the day before and spoke to the manager to make an appointment. Requested to have muffler looked at … never done. Had oil changed…never replaced old sticker. Very unhappy. Won’t return.

  We took our Subaru in cuz we had a lot of noise coming out of our front wheel wells, nobody could tell us what the problem was so I took it to these guys and they found and solved the problem in less than an hour! Been quiet and smooth ever since!

  So I went to Valvoline in a while back when I was out of town. I started noticing oil in my driveway about two weeks later and was really concerned that something major was going on. It never leaked before. I brought my Jeep in to Monroe in Winsted and Steve informed me the seal under the drain plug was where it was leaking. It was likely overnighted. Thanks Valvoline. Steve did an oil change and threw in a new plug and gasket. I’m glad I stopped in to Monroe. Steve is the general manager and actually advised me to wait on certain services I thought I needed!
