  Great service good customer service. Had an oil change and ended up needing breaks and Steve at the front desk even gave me a ride home since the wait would’ve been longer than I expected. Would recommend this shop.

  I ended up with two flat tires late on a Saturday and no one was open. Steve at Monroe took our call, walked us through a fair timeline and pricing and I was ready to go 36 hours later! Great service and happy with the out come!

  Steve was a great help with our renegade, staying after hours to ensure we were safe to hit the road in a snowstorm. Excellent service and no pushy sales tactics, making our trip hassle free.

  Great experience very good and humble workers, they took their time They explained everything to me. I didn’t felt rushed or forced to pay a big bill. They took their time with the car work was excellent. I appreciate the shop and the coworkers and Steve who I mainly spoke with. I’m definitely gonna make this shop to shop. I come to to work on my car.

  Steve was fantastic, he went above and beyond and gave me the reassurance I needed that everything would be OK. I was so worried about my car and super stressed out over all I'd just been through with my car. Steve and his tech were so understanding while I ranted and sobbed like an emotional fool, and cheered me up so that I was laughing as I left. I am so grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed me.
