  I would give this place zero stars. I called for an appointment they said 3 available. I set it up and get a text confirmation. Spoke the manager someone had appointments already then called me back and sets me up for 5:30 PM appt now says he it mostly won’t happen. Checks the car and says they don’t even have the cones to balance the tires. This place is a Tire Rack installer as well and not equipped to do install and balance which they cleare said they did! Customer service was utter disappointing!

  Talk with the call center since that’s where I got sent. They set me up for an appointment for 330 for my emissions. I double check to make sure that they would be able to do it at that time. They sent me over to a supervisor which then I spoke to him and he said as long as I was down there before 5 o’clock, I was good to go. This is on a Saturday mind you so even though I question the time and date speaking with the supervisor and being told, I was good to go. I then drove 22 minutes here then to be told that they do not do them after 1 o’clock. If that supervisor would actually told me that I would’ve never wasted practically an hour of my time driving here and back for nothing. What a waste!!!!!

  Monroe Auto is open 7 days, which makes it very convenient. The location is also very convenient. They were very accommodating with my schedule, and no pressure. Tyler worked on my car. He was very efficient and courteous. I had my car back within 2 hours. I am very happy with them and would recommend them highly.

  Booooo payed for a wheel alignment! Went back to get another one called corporate when I got there I was told there were three vehicles a head of me I see cars in the bay but it's the workers they don't back what they do ! They should! But do not waste told I shouldn't hang around by supervisor waste of my time and money wanty money back so I can get what I need done by more professional mechanics if that's what you call them also there always booked but there not ever!

  My car was leaking coolant joint was corroded. Fixed that but they didn’t put the connection back to the motor. Drove home fine. Sat for 2 days and went to pick up my granddaughter to bring to preschool and 3/4 of the way it started to smoke. Made it to the school and shut it down. When I turned the key nothing. Waited a few minutes and tried again, started and shut right down. Had to call a tow truck and brought it to a mechanic close by. He said it wasn’t connected to the motor and could have blown the engine. It was repaired and mechanic drove it to make sure the engine was running properly. Between the tow truck and repair it was $100 less than I was charged to have issues fixed and towed. Never bringing my vehicle back to Monroe again. Obviously they don’t check their work or aren’t great mechanics
