  The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. Cars are very nice and well maintained. It is the only place that I go.

  I just had by far the worst experience that I ever had at enterprise car rental. I am a frequent renter and I have never had a problem with any of your rental agents until today. I made a reservation for 12.00pm on Saturday but my plans changed so I went into the Windsor CT location where I have always had a awesome experience, but I could not get a car any earlier because they were not available, OK understood so your rental agent Joe tried to help like he always does he found me a car in your Hartford location which is a little out of the way but I needed the vehicle for a meeting so I went to the Hartford location and was treated like a common criminal trying to steal a vehicle. Your agent Jannette Gonzalez was very unprofessional and rude. She asked me for three forms of ID and when I tried to explain that I was sent there from the Windsor location she didn't care, her thing was that she had different rules and that I was not getting a car in less a show my corporate ID badge which I haven't used since I started working from home. I showed my badge three years ago when I started using enterprise in Windsor CT because it really close to my house and it's convenient. So I had to go home wake up my wife who also works at same company and get her to come and get the car, she could not believe it because like I stated earlier that I have been renting vehicle's from enterprise for years. She could not find her badge either thank God she found a business card and your agent reluctantly took it. Now it's two hours later and I will definitely be late for my meeting. I have never been treated like this at enterprise and I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere. Your agent in Hartford has to work on her people skills and now it makes sense why there was so many car available there. Every other place that Joe tried was sold out except this place, I wonder why? I know enterprise has certain rules and regulations but I have been renting for years and never experienced this type of behavior. Michael Huff .

  recently visited Loft 147 in Windsor, CT, and there was a major issue regarding my deposit. I was told that Geico had not paid for my service and that I WILL NOT receive a refund, which was incorrect. I have a video recording confirming that Geico did process the payment, and my adjuster, Stephen Kelton, confirmed this as well. The staff’s handling of the situation was frustrating, and it caused unnecessary stress. I hope Loft 147 updates their records and improves communication with clients to prevent situations like this in the future. STILL NO REFUND I’m heading to their location TOMORROW I NEED MY MONEY IDC ITS .50cent.
