But this branch has still really disappointed me. Make sure all billing is correct prior to your departure. Despite their manager’s assurances that they “will fix it,” they won’t. And then they won’t call back. Been trying to get a call back about a duplicate charge after returning a car due to mechanical issues for two weeks. Charged for two cars even though I only took one. No emails back, no calls back, through the branch or through customer service. Now I have to try and dispute it through my corporate card. Total mess. Watch out here.
