  Easy pickup, able to choose a car I was very comfortable in, which was great with the bad weather I had to drive it in. Car ran and drove great. Easy return as well! Great experience.

  The representatives at Alamo at the airport in Hartford were efficient, cheerful, and a delight! Both the pick up and drop off process was seamless. I was offered an upgraded vehicle at a very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed the ride for 2 days!!!

  It was easy to reserve a car, the check in process with quick, and the car I reserved was ready for me. It was a smooth drive, the car was clean, and I felt safe using it for the weekend. The attendants were both really nice and pleasant to interact with. Overall, it was easy and stress free!

  Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly professional agent. The process was very quick, and the car I selected was very clean and included a snow brush for windows etc.! Returning the vehicle was again very thorough and fast! All the service members I encountered were very friendly & professional… will definitely use Alamo for our vehicle rental needs! A++.   I needed a rental and compared pricing and looked at Bradley international as an option. Because the weather I took an upgrade unaware of all the other fees this airport charges. I can't blame Alamo except they do not have disclosure up front about all the fees this airport charges. Since 2019 and the building of this new rental car facility apparently they will charge you for it by adding each day approximately $9 just for that let alone all the other fees and taxes which can set you back $150 or more for a week rental. Keep that in mind if renting at Bradley international airport. I will definitely be looking at other options next time. Well I can't hold Alamo solely responsible for this it's important to have clarity in renting and billing.
