  We came in for a wiper but it fell off 2 weeks later. Janice Rivera the store manager helped to take care of us and replace the wiper blade. She was very nice and very helpful.

  I ordered coolant and wiper fluid for my car on the app and in 30 minutes it said pickup ready so I drove to pick the items up. Very efficient and convenient. I’d say staffs are also friendly and helpful

  The WILLIMANTIC AutoZone has become a joke, I went this past Sunday and poor girl that was working was left working by herself, she had lines almost out the door and customers were leaving and treating her poorly because it was just her and she couldn’t go outside to do battery testing, wipers, or check engine etc, this is not the first time this happens in the last few months. This issue is even a safety hazard, in a workplace like that how about if the employee gets hurt while on shift and they are alone in the store? Horrible horrible horrible. You guys will get a good case in court if so. Not the first time I see an employee working by themselves in the last few months, its a recurring issue, it’s just going downhill. AutoZone clearly doesn’t care about their employees, therefore I do not want anything to do with a selfish company like that.

  Auto Zone is a great Auto Parts store. The manager Janice is awesome as she helped us out of a tough spot with getting our plates attached. Thank you Janice and Auto Zone!

  Gloria is the store manager and I came from Coventry to hear to replace my battery and she didn’t want to help me out. The reason was because she didn’t have enough cash in store to replace my battery. Now I need to drive half an hour because she also didn’t want to do it through card payment as well.
