- JLJames LNov 4, 20251.0Worst oil change ever. My truck has never leaked oil before now I am leaking, not sure if the spilled oil over my engine bay or they messed something up. They told me to start the engine while one of the technicians had his arms still in the engine. I have gotten the same oil every change and they tried putting in the wrong oil. Fortunately I caught them before they did it. I should have known better I went here when the location first opened and they couldn’t figure out how much oil my truck takes so I left before they couldn’t figure screw it up. I would figure in 2yrs they would have gotten their act together. Always had good luck at the Glastonbury location. stay away from this one they will ruin your car.
