  I don’t even want to give one star. I had to have my car towed from an unsafe location as instructed by the Rocky Hill police, so I had no choice but to use their towing service, which they have a contract with this company’s towing. Straight off the bat, I was told I would have to pay $160 cash in order to have my car towed. First of all, hardly anyone has cash on hand nowadays. Second, I certainly didn’t have that kind of money in general to even take out at an atm. So, the only positive is that the towing guy agreed to tow my car and let me pay the fee at a later date. Unfortunately, that later date was five days later. The communication from this company is practically nonexistent. If I hadn’t called myself, I never would’ve heard from anyone. When I did call, I was placed on long holds several times. When someone finally picked up, it wasn’t even worth the brain cells it took to hold the conversation. I was told that they typically operate by appointment only, which does not make sense to me. Why have a contract with a police department for towing if you can’t handle the work volume? The second time I called for an update because I rely heavily on my car for all of my transportation, as it is the only one I have. All I needed was a new tire, after all. When I finally got through to speak to someone, I was told that they hadn’t even looked at my car yet and would do so that day. Another two days pass and I call, once again, only to be told that the order they placed for a new tire was never actually placed. So another day goes by, and I still have no updates. Eventually I am able to pick up my car, but only after I got no call updating me as such. I had to get this go-ahead myself. All in all, I do not recommend this establishment for any of your car needs. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional group of people.
