  I was stuck all night in front of a firestone they could not get a tire for my mini cooper for 2 days .. I made it to Goodyear and Justin forester found a tire at an auto parts store and sent a driver to get it .. I was late to my friends funeral in Boston but I got there thanks to Justin .. I paid half what I expected as well

  I think they rip a lot of people off, but I guess that’s just what mechanics do. Here is my receipt for my rear brakes, when o look up the actual parts cost it quotes $100 less for the TOP of the line brand/kit. I called to confirm the brand of parts they use as well and it still does not come up as almost $400 for just the brake parts. So pretty much they made over $300 for something that took 2 hours maybe? I won’t be going back if I can avoid it.

  I'm truely great full to the staff at this location. I went there close to their closing time for oil change. Since they do not have time to do the work I requested them if they can top off my power steering oil because it was very difficult to turn the wheel. One gentleman (sorry, didn't catch the name) came to my car in the parking and filled it up even after their closing time and made sure my car is safely drivable. On top of that he refused to accept money for that. Big thank to this person. He is a great person.

  Dean is amazing. I called last minute on a Friday afternoon at 3pm because I was worried about a leak in my tire and I was driving to a wedding in New Jersey the next day. Dean was able to get me in at 4:30pm. He said I could come early and he would take me sooner if he could. They had work stations there and great air conditioning so I sat and worked on my computer for a while - while I was waiting for my car to be checked. Dean checked my car around 3:45pm. He came out and literally handed me the nail that was in my tire. He told me all about the process about how they fix a tire and why certain fixes might not be possible (due to the location of the puncture). Luckily he was able to patch it because the hole was right in the middle of the tire tread. He also told me that because I had a Goodyear tire, the fix was completely free! He was done by 4:30pm but let me know I could hangout at the workstation and work on my computer until I finished work at 5pm. Goodyear & Dean treated me with respect and maturity. As a young woman, I sometimes get a little worried going to car places because we can get taken advantage of, but I felt completely safe, comfortable, and their service was equal/impeccable for all clients. They were amazing. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Goodyear & Dean! Just one note - FYI they might take a few minutes to get to the front desk when you walk in - because they are so busy but if you wait a few minutes they usually pop out of the work area as soon as they can.
