    I had a great experience at Volvo of Westport thanks to Eric. As always, he was of great service. He was extremely helpful when I dropped my car off for a routine service. He even gave me a ride home to top it off. If your car ever needs service, I highly recommend asking for Eric. He is great!!!

    If you are looking for a dealership that honors its word and treats customers with genuine care, look no further than Westport Volvo. I coordinated a CPO XC90 purchase from out of state on very short notice, and the team exceeded every expectation. Isaias is a true professional. He managed the entire process with a personable, accommodating touch, providing a thorough test drive and meticulous attention to the car’s condition. He ensured the vehicle was perfect before delivery. Jose, the Finance Manager, was instrumental in closing the deal. His expertise and accommodating personality made the financial transition smooth and swift, allowing me to get back on the road home without unnecessary delays. The dealership offered a fantastic price on the XC90 and showed great respect for my time and travel by holding the car for me. This level of service is a rarity in the industry.

    I am very disappointed with the service my driver and I experienced at your dealership. I called ahead to confirm that the vehicle was ready at your lot, approximately 20 minutes from the dealership. I was assured by someone from your sales team that a representative would meet my driver. Based on that, I sent my driver to your location. When he arrived, no one was there to assist him. I called again, and someone from sales promised someone would come. We waited another 30 minutes, but still no one showed up. I called three more times with the same outcome. Eventually, someone came to assist, but he had no prior information about my driver’s arrival, and even after I provided the VIN three separate times, he did not have the keys with him. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. My driver and I ended up waiting over two hours for a simple pick-up. This entire experience shows a complete lack of respect for my driver, who spent hours waiting due to your team’s miscommunication and poor organization. It is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates that your staff did not treat him as a professional, completely disregarding his time and effort. For reference, we have recordings of all calls related to this situation. Such behavior reflects very poorly on your dealership and your internal processes. I hope you take this seriously and make immediate improvements to prevent this kind of disrespect and inefficiency in the future.

    I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars Westport, and I had a fantastic experience working with Kent. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything. If you’re looking for a Volvo and want a salesman who is professional and helpful, I highly recommend asking for Kent! The finance department was also great—I was in and out so quickly that I wasn't even late for work!
