Jason called me back to confirm the availability of the car. When I get there two hours later, I'm told, "Bad news, the car has sold". When I asked why he didn't call me, he told me he had been busy. When I got there, after the better part of an hour drive, he was leaning back, lounging in his seat. No customers, no phones ringing. I inquired whether a substitute car was pulled, ready to be seen and was told he'd do that now. When I asked differences in packages of two cars, he needed to look it up. Completely unprepared and unprofessional. Obviously, selling cars during their major construction, is not their priority. Can't imagine that with interactions like this that they will be in business long enough to move into their new building. By the way, mangers in the offices made no attempt to step in and salvage the sale.
