  I am very disappointed with the service my driver and I experienced at your dealership. I called ahead to confirm that the vehicle was ready at your lot, approximately 20 minutes from the dealership. I was assured by someone from your sales team that a representative would meet my driver. Based on that, I sent my driver to your location. When he arrived, no one was there to assist him. I called again, and someone from sales promised someone would come. We waited another 30 minutes, but still no one showed up. I called three more times with the same outcome. Eventually, someone came to assist, but he had no prior information about my driver’s arrival, and even after I provided the VIN three separate times, he did not have the keys with him. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. My driver and I ended up waiting over two hours for a simple pick-up. This entire experience shows a complete lack of respect for my driver, who spent hours waiting due to your team’s miscommunication and poor organization. It is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates that your staff did not treat him as a professional, completely disregarding his time and effort. For reference, we have recordings of all calls related to this situation. Such behavior reflects very poorly on your dealership and your internal processes. I hope you take this seriously and make immediate improvements to prevent this kind of disrespect and inefficiency in the future.

  I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars Westport, and I had a fantastic experience working with Kent. He made the entire process smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything. If you’re looking for a Volvo and want a salesman who is professional and helpful, I highly recommend asking for Kent! The finance department was also great—I was in and out so quickly that I wasn't even late for work!

  Amazing car buying experience here with Isaias who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get my deal done fast and without any of that dealership non-sense you might come to expect. My product specialist was also extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful location with a great atmosphere, I’ll be back again in the future.

  Fantastic experience trading in my old car and buying a pre-owned Volvo, with the help of Julio, Jose, and the team. I made an appointment and asked Julio to make sure the car was charging so I could test the battery on the Recharge. He had the car fully charged and ready out front for us, and got us in it for a test drive right away. He answered all our many questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. We brought our kids along to test the size of the back row and the staff made them very comfortable (thanks for all the snacks!) We live in NY and the dealership took care of all the state transfers, etc, and made it incredibly easy for me. I visited just about every Volvo dealership and a good deal of other dealerships in the past two weeks- this is the best! Absolutely recommend this dealership!
