What was once an excellent, really well-run service yard, managed by the most conscientious and honest leader in the industry, has descended to a sloppy also-ran where apparently no one cares about the customer or his/her boat. Yes, it's a nice environment - clean, well groomed, etc. - but if you want decent service for your boat, or expect a response to an email or phone call, find somewhere else.
