  First off I would like to say the service here was exemplary! A nice gentleman named Leslie seemed to appear out of nowhere to greet my wife and I to help us. With no time wasted we saw what we wanted (Black 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE) and he quickly and professionally assisted us. He got me the monthly payment I was looking for. Jamal was also very down to earth, he helped streamline the process. They both had great attitudes and I hope anyone that goes looking for a new or used car goes to west Simsbury Toyota! Thanks again Leslie and Jamal you guys were awesome!

  I made a long shot decision and called to make an appt to see a Hylander after work. I received a call back and text telling me to come right on in. I told my Husband we had an appt to see a truck. Best Decision ever! We got to the location and before the night was over my Husband was smiling from ear to ear saying Excellent over and over. We had a salesman by the name of Leslie who greeted us with a smile and didn't stop until we left in our new Hylander. We got an amazing deal and are very happy. We have already referred 2 ppl to Leslie. We never had FUN buying a car but Leslie & Jamal made the process seamless! We will definitely use them again. 5 HUGE STARS!! LFolson

  I was warned by one of my friends about the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the employees at this Hoffman Toyota. I decided that I would give them a chance, since I’m aware that everyone has bad days. Boy, do I regret giving this establishment a chance. From the beginning, their employees were unprofessional. When I was asking questions about the car, he was getting mad at me and treating me as if I were a child. I had a question and asked another employee, and that employee just made a face, and walked away. This is SHAMEFUL behavior, and extremely unprofessional. If you treat your customers like that, why would they ever want to set foot in your dealership again? I do NOT recommend this dealership. Visit another one where you’ll actually be treated with respect, and as a valued customer.

  Terrible experience. I will never come down to this dealership again. From the start, their salesman had an attitude. He kept talking to us like we were children, and being demeaning. Then, his foolish coworker that sat by him also had an attitude. We asked him a basic question, and he made a face, ignored us and walked away. That bothered us the most. How dare someone do that to paying customers. I can safely say that for the rest of my life, I won’t be shopping here, and I won’t recommend this dealership to others. It’s clear the staff don’t have or show respect to their customers. Find a dealership that actually knows how to treat customers with respect. The disrespect we felt today was insane, and I never want to come in again.

  I visited Hoffman Toyota to address the shaking my Highlander experienced while braking on highways. They suggested replacing the front and back brake rotors and pads due to excessive runout, estimating the cost at $1600. They also charged me $100 for a brake inspection. However, when I visited Midas, they informed me that only the front rotors needed replacement, costing $300. They explained that all other parts were still in good condition and had a lot of life left in them. I attached a picture for reference. Additionally, they recommended a brake flush, which I had already completed at a different service shop. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with Hoffman Toyota, so I advise you to be cautious when dealing with them.
