He reassured me of what he was doing and that he will take care of my car. Jose provided assistance too. I use to go to the Valvoline in amity but they played around way too much and did not take servicing my car seriously. I found the valvoline in west haven on Campbell avenue and have been happy ever since. They never make me feel pressured to add services to my oil change. They educate me and let me make the decision. This group of gentlemen are very professional and you do not find that anymore.

I have been going there for about 10 years now and I had a great experience again there today! I was nervous driving my car today because it was making a funny noise whenever I turned the steering wheel. I was not sure what was going on or if anyone could help me. I told the crew my problem, and in addition to my oil change, they were able to resolve the steering wheel issue. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they all work together so well! I want to give a Special Thank You to Angel who made sure my car is in good working order for the upcoming cold months!

Before starting the service, I specifically told the technician to please make sure to put back the metal engine cover correctly, because during my last oil change at your Amity Rd location, that cover was broken. Unfortunately, after this latest service, I discovered that my engine cover was again missing not reinstaled . This shows a clear lack of care, especially since I mentioned the problem before the service began. I would like Valvoline to take responsibility for this damage and either replace or repair the metal engine cover. I have the service receipt and photos available if needed.
