I am very inexperienced when it comes to cars, and car related issues (maintenance, towing, repairs, etc.) Some places would perhaps take advantage of this fact, or at the very least be annoyed with my incompetence. This place has been nothing but class in terms of customer service and making sure I’m not getting screwed over by insurance/repair shops. 10/10 service and I am recommending to friends and family.

I was having a difficult time finding an operator that could come out within a reasonable amount of time and be willing to flatbed my car back to my town. I got a hold of Orange Auto Towing and they responded immediately. The operator, Gil, arrived much sooner than I was realistically expecting. He was very personable and very experienced in the industry. My car was loaded quickly and taken to my choice of service vendor. I was also dropped off at my house which was an added bonus and saved me a few dollars on an Uber. Additionally, the rate for the towing service was much less than what I would have expected for a Sunday afternoon emergency. I felt very fortunate to have come across Orange Auto Towing and was beyond pleased with the service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!
