This behavior made me feel like he was running some sort of scam to get extra money out of customers, and that really bothered me. It’s not just about the false accusation, but also the attempt to overcharge me unfairly. I’d appreciate it if the person in charge could look into this so that other customers don’t have to deal with a similar situation. Thank you for your attention.
