  This place lies on Google that it's a touchless car wash and then you get there with you're very expensive nice car and there's a bunch of dirty rags that flop around all over your paint job scratching it will never go here again. Plus it's expensive $16 for the cheapest wash to get the undercarriage rinse. Things are just out of control nowadays.

  I went to wash my car self wash a several times, the two lasted times the water supposed be warn but It was freezing,my hands were frozen taking the hose.., I talk to manager and He said ohh is cold because the water .. the warn water It doesn’t come out… today the same freezing water, this time the manager said the water is cold because it is not cold is 30 degrees…excuse me It is winter time supposed to Mr Sparkle habe warn water Also the soap brush sopa it doesn’t come out even the tire soap I don’t recommend this place, NOT GOOD SERVICE

  I just wanted to clean off my car, took it to this location back in December there was a guy at the entrance putting something on windshields as the cars went by, thought it was a bit strange for an automatic car wash but proceeded to allow him to do his job, and followed his instructions to position my car correctly... only when he went to put the soapy mop he hit my windshield with the hard part of the mop. Everything seemed okay until I came out the other side. I noticed my windshield had a huge crack going across it. I went to talk with the shop and this nice gentlemen helped and assured me corporate would do an investigation and get back to me. When I hadn't heard anything I called the number I found, I was given a different number to call only to be directed back to the first line— I have left a voicemail and emailed. Someone still hasn't got in contact with me, so here's my last ditch effort to have Mr. Sparkle customer support take notice before I escalate this further.
