The staff actively help me decide which services I need during my visit each time and help me plan for the next visit if they notice a shift in conditions. I appreciate the kindness—great vibes! Called triple A an hour later and the battery was 100% healthy. Triple A was great and taught me a lot about the process. He pointed out how Valvoline left the skid plate unattached and dragging. Oil was everywhere and areas around it were wet to the touch. Didn’t refill windshield fluid or tires. Going to try to do it myself or take to dealership instead of paying $100 for that
