First they came to my house to try to repair the small cracks but one was too close to the edge. The repair man warned me it could crack the windshield, and sure enough it did. I wasbable to mak an appointment within 2 days that net my schedule. Waited a couple hours fir tge replacement. They worked directly with my insurance and had a smooth transaction. Only thing to remember is if you havevan EZ Pass or similar windshield mounted device you'll need new mounting stickers. Everyone was polite and informative. Couldn't ask for more.
