Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. There was a complete lack of urgency or care in resolving the problem. I was sent home with a vehicle whose windshield was not properly calibrated, causing a constant beeping alert on my dashboard indicating that the lane assist system was not functioning. Despite this, I was told Iâd have to wait one to two weeks for the correct windshieldâsomething I found unacceptable. Sending a customer home with a known calibration issue and ongoing warning signals is both frustrating and unsafe. This situation created a domino effect that ultimately caused my car battery to die. When I contacted my car dealer, they confirmed that this was a serious safety concern. It wasnât until I repeatedly voiced my complaints that I received the level of customer service that should have been provided from the start, and my car ended up being kept overnight. Overall, this was a huge inconvenience, and there should be a stronger focus on resolution and accountabilityâespecially when dealing with something as serious as vehicle safety. If a company cannot provide the proper service, they should ensure a timely and effective solution for their customers.
