  I had asked for help to get a flange bolt… the guy initially came over to help but when it was clear he had no idea what he was doing he just slowly walked away and left me digging around myself… it was as if Bart Simpson backed into the shrubs. It would have been comical if I wasn’t already pretty frustrated with the situation. I ended up just buying a few different types, tried them in the parking lot, and then returned the rest literally two minutes after the purchase. The customer service was just off.

  The manager in this location is always giving a hard time for no reason, heavy set dude always giving attitude. Every time I have been there I’m sure others can relate.
