  The customer service was above and beyond the technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful with any of my questions. I would highly recommend this Valvoline location, Watertown, Connecticut to everyone I know who needs service and I have done that and I will do it again. I will recommend it to everyone I know

  Stopped by this morning for an Oil change. First time doing this.here. The attendants, Mike & Kat were great! Mike explained everything that was going ot be done. Gave options for type of oil & prices. He never once pressured me to do one or the other. He also explained other services that they provide if i need them in the future. Kat went about doing the service along with Mike outside my car & also the filter inside. Underneath 2 other technicians drained the oil etc. I received great service all around. The price was reasonable. They were done in 15 min. The facility is very clean.. I will definitely return. I highly recommend this facility!

  Been going there for a while now and very happy with the staff there. Super nice and explain things. I don’t see Donna there anymore BUT the same guy (I’m sorry I forget his name) is there as manager. He is great. You can not get any better AND he deserves a raise right along with everyone at the Watertown Valvoline.

  Excellent location. They do the basics very well: polite, quick, informative. They,’ve also gone above and beyond. I’ve had frequent oil changes at my dealership; but the dealership never mentioned replacing the cabin filter. The folks at the Watertown Valvoline did, and cleaned mouse nests from the filter. On a subsequent visit, when I heard a noise after service, they stayed late, removed the cabin fan, and removed desiccated mouse carcasses. Great work
