Excellent location. They do the basics very well: polite, quick, informative. They,’ve also gone above and beyond. I’ve had frequent oil changes at my dealership; but the dealership never mentioned replacing the cabin filter. The folks at the Watertown Valvoline did, and cleaned mouse nests from the filter. On a subsequent visit, when I heard a noise after service, they stayed late, removed the cabin fan, and removed desiccated mouse carcasses. Great work

I joke with friends that I'm certain Valvoline sends their employees to Emily Post's Finishing School. I have never met a more consistently courteous group of people than those working at Valvoline. It is what keeps me returning - the oil change is secondary! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful experience today at Valvoline from the moment we were greeted by Richard to Michael our technician who with every part of the oil change explained everything Alex our bottom side personal was so quick and kind
All of these gentlemen were just so kind and helpful I just can’t say enough we will be back

Came back for an oil change because I always go to them. We got right in. The customer service was impeccable as always. The manager Michael a was so helpful and kind despite my car being in rough shape. He took excellent care of me like valvoline always does. I've had bad experiences at other places but these guys are always top notch. Im so grateful for them walking me through every step and helping above and beyond what was required of them. Im only ever willing to go back to them for this service and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Promote Michael Beaver from Assistant Manager to some sort of regional corporate Vice President position! And here’s why…
I’ve used the Watertown location numerous times in the past 20yrs. Multiple vehicles , some personal , some company cars . I’ve experienced many staff , many managers.
On Wednesday Feb 4th 2026, I brought in a 2024 vehicle, as we all know some of these new vehicles don’t come with dipsticks. The staff performed the oil change “right in front of me” as the customer service hold commercial says ,,, I thought everything went well until the next day(s) I notice my oil level was extremely low as though my $151 bill was for nothing.
Today, Saturday, I go back up to the location, up to the garage, turn my car off and walk inside . Of course the staff is like “what’s going on ?? “. It looks like there’s an issue.
I am then greeted by humility and superb professionalism. I begin to explain what I believe happened and I am met with such total understanding and grace, And even though I mentioned and pointed out exactly which staff members worked on my car , Michael was incredibly skilled at deflecting my frustration away from his team members to focusing on solving the problem which undoubtedly in my eyes just elevated the Entire Corporations integrity!!! He then proceeds to personally fixing the issue at the same time educating me about my car without belittling me. Something everyone wishes for, an honest helpful mechanic. AND THAT , my Valvoline friends is Someone Who Needs to be a FACE of your corporation! A Leader who Protects his team and His customers!!! I left there happier than I arrived not only because the problem was solved, But he made sure I knew VALVOLINE CARED !!!!! PROMOTE THAT MAN!
