They canceled me the first and I came to find out when I showed up for service telling me that they moved the appointment half an hour prior but they didn't have the tech available after 5pm anyways. Second time then they called me and canceled me again and the third time was on Sunday morning and even though they booked me for that time thy didn't have the tech there again. Why you're booking people for an appointment when you know you don't have a tech available and the customer had to find out when shows up for service???? "OH, I was gonna call you right now to let you know"😡 Rude employees and they don't even know who to call to find out. Go to Pep Boys in Wolcott, Waterbury Ct. They took good care of my car and the employees were very attentive and diligent.

- DBDonald BrownNov 30, 20251.0Never ever go here You get sent in from another shop for a simple brake fluid change telling them you just need the car to last the winter, They sell ya a full inspection Lie to you tell you you need thousands in repairs Over one simple abs sensor which was not built in the wheel bearing. 0/10 reccomend and charged a struggling young adult for shit they didn’t even do Gave him the paperwork for a jeep and a different customers name and address on it Told him not to take the car on the highway. Glad he took it to me after.
- KAKelly AlessioNov 10, 20255.0Lets start this off with *The dodge failed emissions with cat codes and evap leaks ect * .. soooo i called up monroe.... the nitro makes its way into the garage & up onto a lift.. upon further inspection with his handy dandy mag-light quickly noticed its completely missing the canister too 💀 .... buttt folks- we round out this adventure of me almost tossing in the towel & almost summoning chuck n Eddie's to haul her to the bone yard with replacing the cats, 2 o2 censors, canister & muffler.... I'm not a handy dandy lady with vehicles- the radio works for a reason, turn it up till it plays out haha... but this beast with her previously swapped motor is back to being a runner! Look out she's a track star 🌟 lol 😂 all in all Mikey (Mike lachance) did a wonderful, aboveeeeee and beyond job of restoring my truck and I couldn't be happier. Thanks dudes!
