Started out last week, wasn’t picked up on Time, that I scheduled to be picked up and brought to the Location, had to wait over 15 Minutes. They gave me A Rental Car with only A 1/4 of gas in it. The rental car had problems with it, and had to return it to to the location, and than the Next Car had A Issue with the radio not working, and didn’t have A Full Tank of gas either. This whole experience was absolutely Horrible, and also didn’t feel like the onsite Manager did much to fix the problems, made A comment that the Vehicles Issues aren’t there main concern, pretty much Customer Service comes First. Called Corporate to talk to someone about this,and never received A call back. Definitely don’t recommend getting A Rental Car from this Location. They haven’t even had anyone Follow up and help with this situation. Terrible Customer Support

The staff members were very knowledgeable and friendly. The associate who gave me my rental took the time to show me all the features from air play to how to turn on the windshield wipers. The same associate took care of me when I returned the rental. He made closing out the transaction seamless and efficient. After returning the vehicle, they gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car. The associate who gave me the ride was friendly and drove safely. An all around great experience.
