Her extensive knowledge, respect and kindness made our interaction truly enjoyable. She made sure I test drove the Grand Highlander I was interested in even, if it was for short distance. She offered me coffee while explaining the difference between the Platinum series Grand Highlander & the not so loaded base displayed on the dealership floor. Her detailed explanation made my decision as easy as ABC though, I knew the Platinum series was going to be a bit expensive compared to the displayed model on the dealership floor. Heloise went above and beyond to ensure the contract was sealed, called up my insurance agent even before I went to see the insurance agent for a new insurance card and I appreciated her dedication and commitment. I felt at ease with her and , her efforts in such a short period of time were very inspiring and impressive. Heloise is undoubtedly a great asset to your organization for her commitment, kindness, the willingness to go the extra mile and; her sense of professionalism. I’ll gladly recommend her to anyone seeking an exceptional and an exemplary service from Toyota.

Eldi took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. He was also incredibly sweet and kind, which made the experience even better. I have had other experiences at other dealerships where I’ve felt pressured to purchase a car but during my experience with Eldi, I never felt pressured and truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Eldi and this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, positive car buying experience!

Although we haven’t made a decision yet, the experience was excellent thanks to Jayden. He really listened to what we were looking for, took us out for test drives, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Since he’s newer, he wasn’t hesitant to involve his manager Ednie when needed, which we appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience with both and we would definitely recommend Crabtree Toyota.

The next person I met was one of their sales managers, Ednei. He had a great attitude and was willing to go above and beyond to fit my tight budget. The last person I spoke with was Priscilla in finance. Like the other employees, she had a great demeaner and was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. The finance process was quick and painless, and signing was made easy while still being clear. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Crabtree and will be comfortable recommending the dealership, as well as my friends and family to each person I spoke of above. Love my new Tacoma!

My wife dropped off the vehicle in perfect condition, and after the service was completed, we discovered that the vehicle’s camera was damaged — an issue that did not exist prior to the service. Despite this, the dealership refused to take responsibility for the damage. It is very frustrating to trust an authorized Toyota dealership expecting professionalism and care, only to receive the vehicle back with new damage caused while it was under their responsibility, and no willingness to resolve the issue. The lack of accountability and refusal to properly review the situation shows poor customer service and unprofessional conduct. I do not recommend this dealership and hope this complaint serves as a warning to other customers. I am extremely disappointed with Crabtree Toyota and how this matter was handled.
