I went to Toyota CrabTree dealership in Watertown with a friend of mine and I ended up test driving a Tundra Limited Edition 1794. I loved that truck, I received an excellent service from the Toyota team, bought the car, and I have no complaints. Everyone at the CrabTree Toyota dealership in Watertown deserves praise for their reception and customer service. Two months later, my son went to Toyota to buy a Corolla for himself. Many thanks to everyone at Toyota in Watertown, and especially to salesman Luis, who has been such a wonderful bridge between the customer and Toyota.
Thank you all guys. See you soon and who knows I’ll make too much money this year to get another car and exchange my current Tundra 1794 for the new one in 2027.

I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Crabtree Toyota in Watertown.
I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM for a simple tire rotation. When I made the appointment over the phone, I specifically told the representative that I have an extended warranty and that my 25,000-mile service should be covered even with odometer reading 26,000 miles. When I arrived, the same representative again told me I would have to pay $33 because my car has 26,000 miles. I explained again that if they simply looked up my account which they have full access to they would see that I purchased the extended warranty directly from their dealership. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain information that is already in their system.
The bigger issue was the lack of professionalism and communication. My appointment was at 2:30 PM. By 3:20 PM, after waiting 50 minutes, I asked for a status update. The employee kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak, walking into the office saying “one moment,” and never actually answering my question. When I tried again to ask about my vehicle, he asked who checked me in. As I was explaining, he cut me off and said “whatever, it doesn’t matter,” and walked away again.
He then came back and told me I would have to wait another hour and a half and claimed I hadn’t even been waiting that long. At that point I told him I had already been waiting 50 minutes and asked for my car to be taken off the lift and returned to me. The problem is, my car was never even on a lift or being worked on it was parked off to the side the entire time.
The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t even have a normal conversation because the employee kept interrupting me every time I tried to speak.
I regret buying my vehicle from Crabtree Toyota because the customer service has been awful the last two times I’ve been there. I will not be returning.

We had an excellent experience getting our car serviced here. Joe and Michelle were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The repair took a few days, but they provided us with a loaner vehicle and kept us informed throughout the entire process.
Overall, they made the experience smooth and stress-free, and we left feeling very satisfied. We’ll definitely be returning for service in the future.

I feel obligated to share my experience.
When I leased my Toyota Tacoma from this dealership, Frank Pratt positioned himself as the hero — like he was fighting to get me an amazing deal. I was a young woman shopping on my own, and I trusted that I was being treated fairly.
Fast forward to now — my lease is coming up, and as I’ve started talking to other dealerships about my options, nearly every single one has asked me if I rolled negative equity into my lease. I did not. In fact, I put money down. That alone raised red flags for me.
Recently, I went back to the same dealership with my wife to look at options for her. In the process of trying to convince her to trade in her RAV4 for a Land Cruiser — something I clearly stated did not make financial sense for us — they suggested getting me out of my lease to “make it work.”
When Ednei pulled up my lease details, the first thing out of his mouth was: “Where did you get this? They beat you up good.”
I got it from the SAME dealership he works for!!!
That moment said everything. If your own team reacts like that to a deal written under your roof, what does that tell you?
This felt predatory and incredibly disappointing. Please do your homework, bring someone with you, and don’t take anything at face value here.
There are dealerships that operate with far more transparency. Buyers beware!

Very disappointed! Recently spent over $900 for services including an oil change. Tire light was good I had recently purchased new tires from bjs. Shortly after this visit I went to bjs to get my tires rotated! Bjs stated Toyota put 38 psi instead of 33 psi in my tires! Dangerous! Also my maintenance light came on showing the previous oil chg mileage info!! I actually got the oil change before it reached the miles on the previous oil change at Toyota. Now I’m driving around with this light on!!! Never going back! Very careless!!!! Very disappointed!
