When I called to inquire about a battery for my car, the sales representative was extremely friendly and took the time to check compatibility. He found the right battery, provided the part number, and informed me about a sale price of $227.04 instead of $257.59, which matched what I saw online. He also mentioned that installation would be $60 instead of $80 due to current promotions. Based on this information, I decided to have the work done there instead of buying the part and having my mechanic install it, since the labor cost would be the same. I was then transferred to schedule an appointment for the next day. However, after my battery was replaced, I was surprised when my bill totaled $389. When I questioned the amount, I was told that only one $25 coupon discount could be applied for service. I explained that, over the phone, I had been informed about discounts on both parts and labor, which was why I chose their service in the first place. The staff member checked with parts and eventually offered me $40 off a battery priced at $283.35. When I pointed out that this still didn’t match either what I had been quoted or what appeared online, he said that the lower price only applied if purchased online—a detail that was never mentioned during my initial call. In the end, after all adjustments were made, my total came out to $325.22 instead of the original quote of $287.04 ($305.27 including tax). I sincerely urge anyone considering service or parts replacement here to double-check all costs before the service is done so you’re not caught off guard as I was. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t return for future services. 5 stars for initial phone service and 1 star for final experience!

Also, the man to help us when we bought the car. I forgot his name but he helped out a lot. Made sure we signed all the right papers and was very kind once again. I enjoyed my experience at Crabtree Toyota and I hope to have this car for a long time, the gas mileage I’m getting with. It is very incredible. I’m amazed at the way it drives. Thank you again for all your sales persons as well as your financial advisors for giving me such a nice experience.
