  The worst auto body and dealership I’ve ever experienced. Do not waste your time here. The work that was done on my car wasn’t even completed, they kept postponing my pickup day. Should have been 2 weeks turned out to be 7 weeks!!? Very rude staff and not accommodating at all. Omg the lady on the phone is just unprofessional and simply rude. Does this owner or management just hire anyone here. The professionalism and expertise just isn’t it here! They are lacking in everything especially how to treat their cliental. No people skills! Very disappointed. Go anywhere but here! I don’t recommend this dealership or auto repair shop at all. I went to Honda of Danbury 3 months after, the service and kindness is unmatched. Go there you won’t be sorry! Yw!

  Ednei and Heloise were the absolute best. They both took such great care of each and every detail. Crabtree Toyota is the place to get a vehicle. I was very impressed with the dealership and all of the employees were friendly and offered to help. Thanks again Heloise and Ednei.

  Do not go here. They fixed my air conditioner but messed up the wiring to the OBD and it wouldn’t pass emissions. They put a bunch of tape on one wire and left another one just hanging. Idk why they did that to my car. I paid a lot of money and the rep promised they would detail the car since it was such a headache to get them to fix the the air conditioner and they were not communicating with me. They returned the car but he never kept his promise to do the detail then tried over charging me.

  I recently had to give up my first car, a Honda, due to a collision with a deer. During this upsetting turn of events, I decided to shop around Watertown for my next car, as it is the town where I got my first car and reasonably convenient to get to off the highway. To my surprise, rather than settle on a familiar Honda, I ended up choosing to get car #2 at Crabtree Toyota. I left there today with a hybrid Corolla that I hope I will be behind the wheel of for many years to come. I must thank three people in particular at Crabtree Toyota for their help in getting through this unexpected and immediate moment of need. First, Eldi, for assisting with test drives, car selection, and all the little details involved in getting a car out of the dealership and into my driveway. He has really gone out of his way, and I appreciate everything's he's done for me. Second, his manager Chris, for making me feel welcome at the dealership and for easing the way. I never felt like I was being pressure to consider a car that wouldn't suit me. Third, Justin, who handled all the financial matters deftly and helped me to a warranty package that suited my particular driving needs. This team worked together well, and from what I could see of the rest of the sales floor, there were many other satisfied customers being assisted by courteous employees. If you're considering buying a car in Watertown, make sure to give Crabtree Toyota a chance!

  I’ve been a customer for 4 years, and this was by far my worst experience. Customer service from Mariane Frehner in the service department was very inconsistent. I was initially quoted repair costs despite having a warranty, then later told the repair would be fully covered. I was also offered a loaner vehicle, but when I arrived, there was no record of it and she did not recall the arrangement. I was later informed that I owed $100, which contradicts what I had previously been told. Overall, the lack of clear communication and follow-through made this a frustrating experience and difficult to trust the information she provided.
