They helped me when more and more issues were popping up than what I originally thought, they talked me through what exactly needed to be fixed, AND didn't try to upcharge me to the highest degree like other mechanics when they see a woman in need. The techs there had amazing patience and were attentive. I was basically there all day, because it was the holiday and shops were closing/closed early, but Kevin did all he could to try to order me parts for my vehicle on such short notice. And while I was waiting for my car to be fixed, the crew was constantly working on the next car and customer, trying to make sure everything was taking care of in a timely manner, and that the customers were satisfied (all while checking up on me from time to time). Like I said, they're a blessing, and honestly deserve a pay raise.

Called Monroe they said to come in so they can look at it before giving quote. They charged my $69. I asked why so cheap and I have to say that was the most honest answer ever. MIKE was the guy who helped me and he said the system says it takes 1.6hrs to get the job done so I was being charged for that time plus parts. He said he looked at it and can be done in 15min so he only charged me for 15min of work plus part. They gained 2 new customers for this honesty. Saved me over $200.

Took my car to theses guys at Monro on Monday and the problem was identified immediately. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, price was given to me before the work was done and once I agreed they began the work. Repaired drivers side axle and boot. I was in an out of there in less than an hour and a half. My car drives like knew again. Not to mention they were all very friendly, personable and even had me laughing. None of them were bad to look at either lol. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.
