Took my car to theses guys at Monro on Monday and the problem was identified immediately. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, price was given to me before the work was done and once I agreed they began the work. Repaired drivers side axle and boot. I was in an out of there in less than an hour and a half. My car drives like knew again. Not to mention they were all very friendly, personable and even had me laughing. None of them were bad to look at either lol. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

They tried to change the front tires...for some reason...fronts were pretty new... so I had to go into the bay and stop them that that's not the ones to change... :( not a good start.... No common sense...didnt observe.. nor they never asked... Also they scratched my rims too... ALL AROUND the tires. So i was taking the pictures for the google review in their parking lot. One of the guy came and asked what's the issue. I said scratches all around the rims. He saw the fresh sctratches.. and then... Not even single sorry... didn't try to address the issue... Instead he just said "I didn't change the tires" and 'walked away.' I was just neglected and left alone after that. Hard to find smart, decent and honest ppl nowadays. Hope they get the same treatment wherever they go. Good luck bringing your cars here ppl. Additional note. One the way home... found out the new rear tires that they put on... pressure showed 29 on the left... 39 on the right... it turns out they can't even put air in the tires too lol what a joke lmaooooo
