    I had a good time renting a car from Enterprise. They are very helpful friendly. They treat you like a family. And that means a lot to me. And you could joke around with him. And they laughed about it and they didn't get mad or nothing like that or upset. That's why I'll go back again to Enterprise and rent another car from them.

    Terrible. I booked one online, received my confirmation number, everything was ready, and then they called to say they didn't have any available. Why apply online if it's not real?!
