- MRMargarita RosaDec 16, 20255.0I was there to pick up the rental Amina started to attend me and said to me that I was given the wrong information per the insurance company from the driver who hit my car she proceeded to tell me that that particular insurance company (Statefarm) is known to say that to the people she told me I would be receiving the rental tomorrow I explained to her that I had dropped off my car at the auto body shop she said what is your address I told her and she said she would have someone from Enterprise bring me home. The next day I noticed I hadn't heard from anyone I tried calling the first time I called I was put on hold when they answered me the person hung up on me I waited a few minutes and tried calling again this time I could hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up I would say they need to work on their customer service, I decided to go in person to get the rental when I arrived there was only one person at the front desk and no one else there as soon as he saw me he remembered me from the day before his name is Keshaun he was calm, nice he right away started looking for a rental for me I explained to him that I had to borrow the company car and needed a ride back to return it then more people started showing up and he was able to handle it with ease and was calm talking to everyone and respectful too when it was time to return the rental Kadija took care of me she was nice attentive she even helped me by giving me the cards of the other employees that I wanted to thank for their help I didn't have to wait that much I left very happy with my experience and the way I was treated.
