  I had an amazing experience working with Dennis at BMW of Waterbury. From the very beginning, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. Dennis was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase — and I’m so grateful for that. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and genuinely helpful, ask for Dennis. He made getting my dream car possible, and I can’t recommend him enough!

  I purchased 2026 BMW X5 M Package from BMW of waterbury.i dealt with Vinny Ballesteros my sales rep.He was great from the start until finish line ,keeping me informed every step.also gave me a great deal as well.Also Yamna Awan the Genius girl was very knowledgeable showing me how the entire system work,Also finacaial guys was fare and quick.Anyone looking to purchase New or Used pls ask for Vinny.dont take my word but you will see why did i gave very hi review.

  I had an amazing experience working with Avneesh — he’s truly excellent at his job! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He’s definitely the reason I’ll be coming back to BMW Hoffman for my next car. The finance manager was also fantastic — patient, transparent, and even helped negotiate a better deal for me. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. I absolutely love my BMW X1, and so far it’s been perfect — no issues at all. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

  I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Waterbury. Avneesh(Avi) was my client advisor and he was a pleasure to work with. He was low pressure and has been helpful and gone above and beyond with any questions I've had during and after the buying process. I did have a minor hiccup, not with Avi - but I regretted purchasing an extended warranty right after I signed the papers. I was told I could cancel at any time and two days later I requested to cancel it and I feel like I got a bit of the run-around trying to do so but eventually I spoke to the right person and was able to get it cancelled. All in all it was a good experience. As far as the warranty part, as consumers we just have to remember to educate ourselves and be ready for every part of the buying experience so we don't have any feelings of uncertainty when it comes time to make these decisions.
