  Ondre was not helpful at all. I went with family to help them make sure they weren't taken advantage of during the buying process. After putting some money down as a deposit towards the vehicle we were strong armed into taking the car on paper plates which are now illegal (with no real plates in sight). To top that off, our insurance told us our RTA form is expired and the car no longer insured because of that. So we have a glorified paperweight because ONDRE wasn't able to do his job at a professional level. If you're looking to buy a BMW, find another dealership. This place won't respect your time, your money, or your worth. Send us our plates and registration. This review is for other customers to consider before giving you business. 0/10

  I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. I paid $2,100 for a warranty, and I was never told that the car was too old to qualify for a comprehensive warranty. They sold it to me as if it would cover the major components I needed, but it turns out the warranty only covers the motor and transmission. When my ball joints failed, I found out the hard way that they weren’t covered at all. If the dealership had been honest from the beginning, I would’ve made a different decision. Instead, they let me pay thousands of dollars for a warranty that barely covers anything. This feels misleading and dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful and make sure they’re actually telling you what you’re paying for—because they definitely didn’t with me.

  I recently bought a 2023 BMW M5 from BMW of Waterbury, and my experience was great because of my client advisor, Matt Louis.   I had a great experience at BMW of Waterbury. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, and the service team made the whole process quick and smooth. They were fast, thorough, and kept me informed the entire time. It’s nice to see a dealership that actually values good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I had an amazing experience working with Dennis at BMW of Waterbury. From the very beginning, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. Dennis was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with.
