Who was that directed to? Learn how to speak to your customers. The question of having an appointment was asked because of the lack of timely service at this location.

Instead of focusing and getting the 3 items that we discussed from the back, he goes and answers the phone, spent about 5min with them, while I'm just standing there waiting for him to get my parts so I can make it on time to my mechanic. Then midway of taking care of my transaction he again leaves me there to help a customer on the floor. There was no line when walked in, by the time I walked out it was to the door. The guy behind the register wasn't there alone, there was another guy there that was just as slow. I don't recommend this auto-zone for quick and attentive service.
