He didn’t want to give her any information. She asked if they changed batteries which ALL AUTO ZONES do, he said no we don’t do that, I’m not doing that, go to a mechanic. She stated but she’s paying the mechanic what she can pay him. She then asks for the number of another autozone and he says, “you asking for too much now.” We will be taking this up the chain. It’s not even about changing the battery, he was straight up rude. Do better, it costs $0 to be kind.
