    I had a very disappointing experience at the wolcott st Advance Auto Parts due to the behavior of the store manager. The manager named Ken was extremely unprofessional and dismissive when I asked for help. Instead of trying to assist or answer questions, he acted annoyed and spoke in a rude tone and treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about. He came off as very sexist. Customer service should be a priority, especially from someone in a management position, but this manager set a poor example for the rest of the staff. The interaction made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When customers come into a store looking for help with automotive issues, they should be treated with patience and respect. I hope Advance Auto Parts addresses this kind of behavior, because it reflects poorly on the store and the company as a whole. I would think twice before returning if this is the level of professionalism being shown by management.

    Unprofessional manager guy (with grey hair - Goatee beard). He acts like he owns the place. He lied to me about a 40$ rebate he told to come back next week and then upcoming week… nothing happened. He also refused to return an oil jug that was leaking ( never opened) The rest of the employees are friendly. This the only reason i still go there sometimes. Even i took my business to different auto parts companies.
