  I went to this establishment to have my emissions done. I booked my appointment at 9pm the night before and the next day I was in for 11am (On a Saturday too!) It took no longer than 10 minutes and the gentleman couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Monro for making it so easy and convenient. I will make sure to have my emissions done here from now on, and I will encourage everyone I know to do so. Thank you so much!

  I made appointment for my local location but when I arrived I was told everyone but the individual I spoke with called in sick and they could not honor the appointment. I had to go to the location in the next town and that went fine.

  Made an appointment. Didnt have me written down when showed up. They were too busy so made an appointment for later in the day. Get there, very busy, have to 45 mins. I asked to check a tire for a possible slow leak. Quotes me for a patch as well as oil change. Finally the car is fi ished and outside. I ask if I needed a patch. Oh we're sorry we forgot to check. Will bring back in after a bay opens up. No thanks! I need to go. He asks if id like to pay for the patch for when I come back..No. dont even know if I need one. Needless to say im never going back. And they also charged me 20 more than the other place I normally go to..Definitely dont recommend. I used to go here years ago. They were much better then.

  Expect long wait time and questionable result. They replaced the wrong tire initially and gave me attitude about it. They let me go with TPMS dashboard indicator blinking (which was not blinking before the visit). I came back another day to fix the TPMS indicator and they were not able to do it - said their machine was probably having issues and advised me to go to another shop (good advice for any potential customer). I said just call me when your machine is fixed. If they do, I'll raise the rating to 2-3 stars, but I doubt they will. Talked to other customers during the many hours of waiting - their experience with the shop was similar. Oh, and before looking at the TPMS issue today, they said I had a nail in the tire - very unlikely, I think he made it up on the spot, I barely drove since the previous visit.
