  Aleks and Carmen were a great help during the car buying experience. They carefully went into detail about literally everything. They both made sure I was taken care of. Any question I had was answered. Great experience working with these gentlemen. I recommend both to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from George Harte Infiniti in Wallingford CT!

  I get my infiniti serviced here on a regular. The customer service is A+! Its convenient, clean and professional all the way through. They'll even give you a heads up of the services coming up on your vehicle without putting any pressure on you. I didn't buy my vehicle from this particular dealership but I do plan on buying my next one from here. Good job George Harte Infiniti 👍

  I had an outstanding experience at George Harte Infiniti, and I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that made it happen- my closed deal of a 2025 QX60. First and foremost, Aleks was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I got the best deal and the right vehicle for my needs. There was never any pressure—just honest, straightforward guidance. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and transparent, and it really showed. He gave sound advice acting more like an uncle to me and I 100% trust him. If you’re going here, ask for Aleks—you won’t regret it. A big thank you as well to Shane, the General Manager, who clearly runs a tight, professional operation. You can tell the culture there is built on customer satisfaction and integrity, which is rare in car buying these days. I did not have the best experiences with another Infiniti Dealer in state but Shane took care of that and saved a life long Infiniti customer and fan. Lastly, Luis in finance made the final steps seamless. He explained everything clearly, kept things efficient, and made sure I was comfortable with every part of the paperwork. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The team at George Harte Infiniti truly sets the standard, and Aleks especially made it exceptional. I’ll absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and go meet Aleks for world-class customer service!

  Buying a car is a stressful, but Samantha and the team make it a pleasant experience. I came in for service and Malena was a wealth of knowledge and I’m super grateful for her explanations. Sam was genuine, resourceful and most importantly for me, patient as she walked me through the process. I left excited and happy with my new car.
