Made an inquiry as to which oil I would be receiving prior to the service and was told Valvoline Advanced formula that advertise 40% more wear protection, instead I received some unknown brand oil. This came to my attention as on my receipt it says "Non-Valvoline synthetic oil". Made an inquiry to the manager indicating they may sometimes use other brands of oil due to supply issues. Josh the manager was although very clear and helpful thoroughly explaining the substitution and any differences with oil substitution but it was simply not what I ordered and paid for. My concern is future customers should be made aware and a disclaimer posted that they may not necessarily be receiving Valvoline brand oil as thought when having their oil change which fortunately was indicated on the receipt that prompted this review.The staff are wonderful and pleasant since the change over from the previous staff.

They just don't listen which immediately translates in errors, disregards just a bad overall experience due lack of work ethics. Done w Connecticut! Will using Westchester. Hopefully won't be experiencing such bad understanding of what you do everyday. Pretty Sad Connecticut! That Wallingford & several Fairfield County Stores. Bad Joke, beware. And didn't honor their own Coupon. That's after doing 9 oil changes some months. Scary
