The employee who serviced my vehicle, his name was Chris. He was arrogant and condescending. When I told him I had a coupon from their website, his exact words to me were, "that coupon doesn't matter me until I know which type of oil you want to use". I don't know how that type of response is acceptable from Valvoline. There were several other ways to respectfully and professional address my question regarding my coupon. There were some other remarks as well that just made my experience well below my expectation. There is no chance of me returning for future services and I was a returning customer. I spent a lot of money yesterday too. I had my oil changed, brake light replaced, cabin filter changed...etc. I recommend Valvoline be more selective on who they hire unless they want to continue to lose valued customers over poor service and unnecessary disrespect.
