My husband, who was present, did not observe anyone removing a nut from the engine during the search. Ronan then stated that the nut had fallen into the service pit and became standoffish. At the time of payment, I requested that this incident be documented on my paperwork. When I received the receipt, I asked to confirm that the note had been included, and it had not. I again requested documentation of the incident. Ronan stated that the nut was no longer inside the engine, but no visual confirmation was provided. I will be monitoring my vehicle closely to ensure it's functioning correctly as I've not had any issues.
