  Absolute worst oil change I have gotten in all my life. Guy points to display saying it's so expensive because I will get $20 back as a gift card by scanning the QR code there once they finish. I go to walk out and he keeps pushing that $20 gift card back. Guess what? Once done, another guy comes in and tells him "oh no that's only for the $123 oil changes". Not even a sorry and so paid $70 for a basic oil change. The most I ever paid anywhere else was $40. Also, most everywhere else has coupons for oil changes, while this place does not. Mechanic guy also tells me a flap was against my tire and if I heard any noise (I haven't) he claims he put something back into place, but NOW I hear/feel something so great thanks🙄 Also since when do they mess with tires during oil changes and not ask you. Horrible. ETA: Also, this was the longest it ever took for me to get an oil change too. I had an appt and it took over 1 hr 15 mins. It was not even busy with only me and 1 other lady there and when another guy came in the owner told him it'd be at least 4-5 hrs until he had availability for an oil change and to come back at 2 (it was 10am!). Ridiculous. I've never had appts for any other place and even without, I've always been in and out in at least 30 mins or less...

  I dropped by, after work, to see if I could get my oil changed. The did a pretty quick oil change, about an hour and a half. Very pleasant people.

  Went to two different locations. The first assured me the problem with my vehicle was resolved with a radiator flush New cap oil change and new thermostat that very night I got the vehicle back it was overheating critically. I paid $554 for nothing. The second shop had the decency to admit they were no equipped to deal with this specific issue. I appreciated that and took it elsewhere where the problem was resolved.

  I was traveling from Boston to Connecticut with my wife and daughter for a 3-day college tour when, after our first campus visit, my car's service charge light came on while driving back to our hotel. I pulled into Monroe, and was quickly greeted by Elvis and the manager, Brian. They took the time to assess the issue and diagnosed a failed alternator. Even though it was late in the day, Brian immediately ordered the replacement part. Elvis repaired the vehicle the next day, and I was back on the road in time to continue our college tour without missing a beat. I’m extremely grateful for the fast, honest, and professional service. These were good people who went out of their way to accommodate us in a stressful situation. Thank you, Elvis and Brian, Dan for your help—you really made a difference.
