  The reason why people avoid car dealerships is how they treat customers. Gas lighting someone because you don’t want to pay for tires is absurd. (Putting the tread at 7/32 on the paperwork because if it’s less than 5/32 they have to replace them. I measured them at 4/32). Not checking a car before it leaves your lot is absurd. Lying on paperwork to get a used car off the lot is absurd. Update: less than 24 hours after leaving the dealership with this car and your response to this post I have not personally received a phone call from anyone at this dealership. In this time I brought the vehicle to town fair tire where I had them measure the tires and they measured them at a staggering 4/32. Which just so happens to be much less than the claimed 7/32 you put on the inspection.

  Such a great experience ! This is the only dealership I have been to and have had excellent service from the beginning to the end. Gil was my salesman and he was 10/10. A very nice and honest person . He told me things no other salesman has and made sure I was completely satisfied ! Also Carmen the finance guy was amazing as well. Without these two guys I would not have felt confident to make this purchase . Love my 2024 Qx55

  Fun fact: We did not end up buying from Harte Infiniti...but...the entire dealership experience was top notch. Samantha, our salesperson, welcomed us from the moment we arrived and took us to the customer lounge for something from the coffee bar...a warm welcome for a February morning. She showed us the cars we wanted to see with a minimum of dealership process (unlike the German dealership a mile south -- that place totally WASTES your time with "relationship building" when you just want to see a damn car). Anyway Samantha showed my wife all the features and whatnot to make sure my wife was all settled in before the test drives. The manager, Brett, was also professional and did what he could to put a solid deal together for us, but we ultimately settled on a different make at another dealership. All that said, we will return to Harte Infiniti without hesitation the next time we're in the market for a car. Well done, guys!

  My experience at George Harte Infiniti was awesome I went in to the dealership looking to view a vehicle and was greeted by a nice gentleman name Gil we spoke on the phone previously. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. He made this very hard decision easy and delightful. When doing the financing Carmen was a gem he explained documents to fullest and made signing a comfortable experience. In no way did I feel intimidated with the process. Gil we are now family you're stuck with Diane and myself. Thank and I appreciate everything.
