They lost my car keys, which made me late for an important work meeting. Later, they told me a customer accidentally took my key, which is unacceptable how do they allow customers to take keys from their office? They refused to give me a loaner car and told me to pay for Ubers, promising a refund. The next morning they said they’d pick me up at 7am, but came closer to 7:45, making me late again for another meeting. This all happened on November 5th, and today is November 13th I still haven’t received my refund despite texting multiple times. I even spoke to Malena and a manager, but got no real response. I would not recommend going to this dealership. Their customer service and organization are extremely disappointing

Needless to say I was met by a salesman by the name of ALEKS. I didn’t decide right away what I wanted but Alex was very persistent! Not in a bad way but I knew his intentions were genuine and not just trying to make a sale. I finally disclosed that my situation had changed and I may have to wait. Well, ALEKS said “let me fight for you!” I was hesitant but I placed it in GOD’s hands and today I will be driving my new 2026 QX60. ALEXS really took his time and showed me that not all salesman are looking just to sell a car even though that’s their job but ALEKS saw the need and felt my heart! ♥️ He was patient and he’s very funny. I thank GOD for allowing me to meet such a genuine person! Great job ALEKS If you’re in need of a new vehicle George Harte is your place and ALEKS is your person!
