For context before review, she called prior before as she was told she didnt need a credit or debit and that limited info was given of requirements omitting the part of additional forms of ID and proof of residence as fiance already has her id showing her proof of residency.
My fiance arrived at the store of 12/23/2025 at 12:30 pm and encountered a office worker; The heavyset slightly balding hispanic man who worked there was absolutely an horrendous example of how a staff behaves as my fiance was simply fresh and new to renting cars, Then the man said ID is not enough and also states no cash allowed for payment; only credit card no debit even if presented cash app card visa, he rhetorts calling it a scam even though it is factually incorrect and can be used as a way to still transfer funds.
This individual Had the rudest customer service and courtesy to my fiance who was there today to get the rented car set up and it was her first time.
The fact this person is not with a nametag of identification is unprofessional shows he might of been rude before and using his position to be snotty and abhorrent to customers.
In regards of rudeness, not only was he never watching his tone of voice, he was actively swearing as well towards my fiance. And in no way, is this defensible but it is reprehnsible. Especially with a closing quote stated from him "well guess you're obviously not renting a car here" which heavily implies a blatant disrespectful tone of "rent a car elsewhere" or "get out" which should never come from a person working in a position tailored to helping customers finding what they need cause they're paying customers and in no way are to act this way to a customer who did nothing to merit this behavior the Hispanic employee exhibited.
The fact the lady on the phone told fiance one thing and the rude heavyset hispanic balding employee tells another thing means someone is lying. And not being truthful to allow ease of access for the paying customer.
This is not defensible behavior and needs to be appropriated.
Whenever i suggest renting a car to someone i wont be suggesting this particular enterprise. Ever.

booked a reservation just to get there and be told they have no cars while i’m looking at a bunch of cars on their lot. i’ve used enterprise for years and i have never never been told that booking a reservation doesn’t guarantee a car if anything i’ve been told the opposite. It’s crazy to me that you would turn away a ready paying customer to sit around and possibly wait for someone else’s reservation.. if there “aren’t any cars left” then don’t let people book reservations?

Nice place. The car they gave me was brand new. Still dirty with empty alcohol bottles. Car leaks oil in my driveway.
