I would give no star but I couldn’t worse service ever. I will never go to Enterprise. I’ll do business with Avis or other rental car companies. Now my call can’t be answered and then they hang up. Worse location in Wallingford CT. Not to mention I’m calling from two different phones and still no answer THEE WORSE!
- JDJoseph DicksonFeb 7, 20261.0Today I rented a premium SUV and paid extra for one with AWD. I was assured by the man at the counter that it did in fact have AWD. Come to find out it does not. It was snowing today and the SUV was slipping all over the road. The cup holders have sticky dirt in them. The back seat carpet appears stained. The wipers are old and barely clean the windshield. Enterprise's corporate customer service has been of no help so far. I leave for my trip tomorrow to upstate New York where there is tons of snow. I’ll be left having to rent a completely different SUV from another company. And all while still being stuck with this useless one. Would highly not recommend using Enterprise and especially not this location. I am beyond disappointed. Photos to come soon.
