Mind you it’s their job as an employee to provide best costumer service for whatever reason. I understand in some cases they can’t do much but this particular guy and his lack of understanding is something they should take notice of. I was denied a service but i specifically said I need to check everything. (And it’s a free service). The guy that agreed to check the vehicle didn’t want to do his job and you can see that from the beginning of the interaction and was unable to be professional in this situation. Instead of mockery he could have been professional and still offered other services. This interaction left not only I but my mother as well humiliated and dismissed. I strongly believe this behavior doesn’t represent the professionalism customers should experience from this autozone employee 8/25/25.
